Novair Acquires America Energy

(May 24th, 2022 – Paris, France) NOVAIR, the worldwide leading manufacturer of in-house gas production systems, is pleased to announce the acquisition of US top Air Compressor manufacturer AMERICA ENERGY INC., effective May 20th, 2022.

AMERICA ENERGY is a US-based manufacturer of Air Compressors and Medical Gas Systems, offering a wide range of Medical Air Plants, Vacuum Plants, and Oxygen Generators. AMERICA ENERGY solutions are particularly designed for the demanding healthcare market, producing various systems utilizing compression and vacuum technologies. AMERICA ENERGY supplies high-quality equipment and provides service to a growing number of customers throughout North, Central and South America, as well as the Caribbean, all from its manufacturing facility at Pembroke Pines, Florida.

As part of NOVAIR, AMERICA ENERGY gains access to a broad new number of high-end solutions that complement its existing range, including PSA Oxygen & Nitrogen generators, high-pressure Oxygen Cylinder Filling Systems, and Medical Gas Monitoring and Distribution Systems. More synergies are also expected through NOVAIR services and engineering competencies, renowned worldwide.

Five months after the acquisition of US-based manufacturer Oxygen Generating Systems Intl. (OGSI), NOVAIR is further pursuing its expansion in the United States. With the acquisition of AMERICA ENERGY, NOVAIR gains more capabilities to fully address the growing demands of the North American market, adding to its catalogue “Made in the USA” compressed air and vacuum systems manufactured according to US standards. NOVAIR also adds key engineering capacities that will benefit the entire Novair Group of companies.
